If you are unsure we recommend you size up to the Over 2.5kg Bundle to make the most of borrowing

We’re happy to customise a bundle for you, as we know Twin A might not be as big as Twin B, so we can mix sizes just for you

Borrower FAQ

  • We have two different delivery options avaliable

    Need your baby goods delivery quickly?

    We can utilise NZ Post for overnight delivery

    We are based in urban Auckland and costs will varying depending on your the size of your package and your location.

    Booked in ahead of time?

    If you’ve booked in ahead of time we will utilise Pass the Parcel, so that it cost less to ship to you and back to us

  • If you are booking a bundle more than a month ahead, we will charge a booking fee of $20, which will come off your invoice total.

    There is an additional $50 bond, which upon return of your bundle we will refund.

    With our payment options are monthly invoices or pay a fixed price for a number of months.

  • When your little one has grown out of the bundle let us know and we will create a return label for you.

    Simply package up your Bundle, put on the return label and book a courier pick up via NZ Post

  • We provide wash, stain and care instructions

  • Minimum hire period of one month

    No maximum, as all babies grow at different rates

  • We expect general wear and tear to the clothes - so please don’t stress!

    However if there is signifcant damage to an item let us know and we will invoice you for the item

    We factor in the inital cost, state of wear & tear before borrowing and how many times borrowed, to come to a fair amount
